This lot undergoes a unique process, where after the depulping & removal of the mucilage by washing, the coffee is soaked for a further 24 hours. This extra stage carefully amplifies clarity and complexity, pushing sweetness and acidity into exciting new territory while maintaining a clean, structured cup.

 

The result is a funky, high-energy profile bursting with candied lemon brightness, sticky caramel sweetness and juicy sour cherry. A distinctive cola-like sparkle runs through the finish, adding lift and a playful effervescence that lingers long after the last sip.
